The Ground Beneath: Returning to What's Simple - A Spring Meditation Retreat

Facilitated by Tara Cariano, Kãya Pulz, & Jimmy Warden
Offered in-person and virtually
Investment $50 - Members receive 10% off
Scholarships available. Please email info@thesanctuarynorthfeld.com if interested.

This retreat is a simple invitation: to slow down, arrive, and rest in the awareness that's always here.

Through periods of sitting meditation, walking practice, and short teachings drawn from Vipassana and Zen traditions, we'll explore what it means to feel grounded in the body, the breath, and the present moment and how to carry that stillness into everyday life.

No experience necessary. Come as you are.
